SGS (Sunbrella Graphics System), Pressure Sensitive vinyls, Painted vinyls & acrylics and Eradication process

We operate within the MAC environment, however most files created within Windows are also compatible. Please provide the following:

  • Flex Face®, Panaflex 945®, Ferrari, etc. & color desired
  • Save files as full size for importing/placing
  • Graphics data submitted should conform to the following format extensions:

(.AI) Adobe Illustrator, version CS2 and lower (fonts converted to outlines).

(.EPS) Typically Illustrator, CorelDraw, Gerber, SignLab & FlexiSIGN (fonts converted to curves).

(.DXF) Polyline type preferred from various graphics & CAD programs.

(.SVG) Scaleable Vector Graphic

Image Source/Media Format: We accommodate files submitted to us on the following media: CDs and DVD, Flash. Files (size permitting) may also be emailed or uploaded at Send Artwork

Custom Scanning: If no composed digital file is available, submit sharp, quality artwork to make a clean scan and layout. We will create the digital files; additional production time and charges will apply.

Large Format Digital CMYK Printing

Include additional information such as items above if applicable, and desired substrate. Please prepare files as follows:

Graphic Formats: AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF (Photoshop up to CS2); Illustrator (up to CS2); CorelDraw X3. Please send hard copy color proof or PDF for our reference when submitting files.

Compatible Programs and Platforms: We support and use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw.

Size/Resolution: Maximum: 100 DPI at actual (final) size (100%) recommended, Minimum: 75 DPI at half size (50%) File layout must be in proportion (correct aspect ratio) to final output. Files should be composed, with elements in place.

Fonts: Convert your fonts to OUTLINES/CURVES, the way the fonts will appear as an image, with no degradation in quality. For example: Illustrator; select all your type, go to the type menu, choose CREATE OUTLINES. (SHIFT+command+O) CorelDraw has similar functions when saving/exporting files. WARNING: after the fonts are converted, they cannot be edited for text. Do this procedure only AFTER final changes have been made.

Color Mode: Convert files/images to CMYK. Note: some PMS colors are not accurately achievable in the CMYK process. Please check your color selection with a PANTONE Solid To Process color guide (BRIDGE GUIDE). We are unable to print metallic colors, Day-Glo or fluorescent colors.
